HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23038 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Balapur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, in calling the petitioners to police station and interfering with their personal life and liberty i.e., immovable property of land admeasuring Acs.10-13 guntas in Survey Nos.65/A, 68, 69/A, 70, 70/A, 71/A, 71/AA and 72/E situated at Sultanpur, Mallapur Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Heard Sri Mohd Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and perused the material on record.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 22.10.2019, submits that the present writ petition is filed by the petitioners on mere apprehension and false claims. He submits that till date, neither there is any complaint by any individual against the petitioners nor any case is registered against them and that they were never called to the police station at any point of time. It is also submitted that the respondents never interfered with the civil dispute of the petitioners.

4. Recording the aforestated submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
