O R D E R

Alleging that the 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Balapur, Balapur mandal, Rangareddy District, is implicating the petitioner in a false case at the instance of 5th respondent without issuing any FIR, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for home produced written instructions of the 4th respondent denying the allegation of the petitioner and stating that as of now the 5th respondent has not lodged any complaint and that the petitioner or his family members were never summoned to the police station and that the present writ petition is filed to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of lodging of any complaint by the 5th respondent. Recording the above statement in the written instructions of 4th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
