THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 22997 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that based on the inspection report, the respondents are not supplying him the essential commodities for distribution to the cardholders, with respect to Fair Price Shop No.14 situated at Vittalapur Village, Chinnakondur Mandal, Siddipet District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents submits that the authorisation of the petitioner in respect of Fair Price Shop No.14 is not suspended. As it is well-settled that as long as the authorisation is subsisting and as it is neither suspended nor cancelled, the respondents cannot prevent the petitioner from distributing the essential commodities.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge his duties as fair price shop dealer as long as his authorisation is subsisting. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:23.10.2019 kdl
