HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This writ petition is filed praying to grant the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ or direction, particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondents in not arranging the service retirement benefits including the additional monetary benefits as well as retiring the petitioner with from service with retrospective effect from 23.02.2012 instead of retiring the petitioner from service from the date of impugned Proc. No. E3/469(3)/2011:-SDNR dated 30.05.2012 because the 3rd respondent ought to have treated the retirement from the date of impugned notification dated 30.05.2012 but not from 23.02.2012 and not paying the P.F accumulated amount and pension payable from 01.06.2012 as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Art. 14,16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently the petitioner pray this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the benefits payable on his retirement along with 18% interest per annum from due date i.e., from 30.05.2012 in the interest of justice and fair play.'

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, dated 24.12.2014, certain amounts are paid and, therefore, for the present, writ petitioner do not intend to prosecute the writ petition. However, learned counsel requests leave of the Court to represent to the respondent-Corporation, if petitioner is not satisfied with the amount quantified and if he disputes the amount paid.

Granting such liberty, writ petition is dismissed as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
