Petitioner/ A-8 seeks modification of the conditions in the bail order dated 18.04.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.175 of 2017 in Crime No.62 of 2017 of Rajam Police Station passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam without approaching the said Court.

In that view of the matter, while dismissing this petition, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court in which case the Court has to pass an order on merits expeditiously.
