THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.664O of 2OL9 ORDER:
1. This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Al in Crime No.436 of 2019 of P.S.Begumpet, Hyderabad for the offences under Sections 448 & 379 of IPC.

Briefly, the facts of the case are that the petitioner is the tenant of the 2"d respondent wife's property. Disputes arose ir1 between them and they have approached the Court. The petitionel was asked to vacate the premises.

The 2.a respondent filed complaint stating that the property was subjected to theft by this petitioner. At the same time, the petitioner also hled complaint alleging theft of his articles/material. 4.
Admittedly, disputes in between the petitioner and the 2na respondent, one alleging theft committed by the other. The theft complaints are entertained and two crimes are registered. The petitioner's complaint was registered as Crime No.435 of 2O19 and 2"d respondent's complaint was registered as Crime No.436 of 2019.

In the said situation, the allegations made against one another of theft, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the police to conclude investigation taking into consideration the representation of both parties. Further, the police are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner. 6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
