The writ petition was filed challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 30.12.2008, whereunder the petitioner's candidature for appointment of Mazdoor (Female) was not considered. The recruitment process took place pursuant to the directions of the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.7491 of 2008 and batch.

The writ petition relates to the service conditions and selection process of an employee of the local body, and hence, the case is maintainable only before the Administrative Tribunal, but not before this Court. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
