This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(1)(b) read with 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.2 seeking relaxation of condition imposed by the learned Special Sessions Judge for trial of Cases under the SCs & the STs (PoA) Actcum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to the effect that the petitioner/ A.2 shall attend before the Station House Officer, Jawaharnagar Police Station on every Sunday between 08: 00 AM to 02: 00 PM till filing of the charge sheet, vide order, dated 04.04.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.140 of 2018 (arising out of Crime No.245 of 2018 of Jawaharnagar Police Station). 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2 submitted that though the statutory period of 90 days from the date of remand of the petitioner/ A.2 had elapsed, no charge-sheet is filed in this case and ultimately prayed to relax the condition imposed by the Court below while enlarging the petitioner/ A.2 on bail.

As per the material placed on record, case is registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354, 392 of I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(w) and 3(2)(Va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2016. The allegations levelled against the

petitioner/ A.2 are grave. There is nothing wrong on the part of the Court below in imposing the aforementioned condition while enlarging the petitioner/ A.2 on bail. The Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
