Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record.

According to petitioner, his grand father late Nimmala Rama Kistaiah was the owner and in possession of large extent of land including Ac.11.00 in Sy.No.156/1 of Hyder Nagar village in Balanagar mandal. On the death of his grand father, his four sons succeeded to the property and their names were recorded in the revenue records. Petitioner claim that his father and two other brothers expired and petitioner and Nimmala Venugopal are in possession and enjoyment of the subject land. Petitioner now alleges that from the year 2002-03, revenue records in the extent column show that we are in possession of only Ac.4-00 guntas instead of Ac.11.00 guntas of Hyder Nagar village. On 20.11.2017, petitioner claims to have made representation to 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, pointing out mistakes in the entries shown. Alleging inaction in rectifying the revenue record, this writ petition is filed. 3.

The learned Government Pleader produced written instructions furnished by Tahsildar, Kukatpally. The Tahsildar admits that in Sy.No.156/1 total extent of Ac.11-01 guntas standing in the name of Nimmala Veeraiah, Nimmala Rajamallaiah, Nimmala Prabhakar and Nimmala Venugopal and on perusal of file bearing No.B/1384/2017, the VRO, Hyder Nagar village and Girdavar, Kukatpally Tahsil reported that there are some mistakes in Webland pahani and the said mistakes have been verified and it was found clerical mistake

and therefore recommended for correction. On due consideration of the record, the Tahsildar passed orders on 26.7.2017, directing to rectify the above mentioned entry and accordingly amendments were carried out in the online land records while modifying the extent of land in Sy.No.156/1 of Hyder Nagar village from Ac.4-01 guntas to Ac.11-01. In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner stood answered by the respondents and therefore, no further orders are required and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
