This is an application by the wife seeking transfer of M.C.No.2968 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Family Judge at Bangalore, to the Family Court at Ongole, Prakasam District. There is couple of litigations between the couple in Kandukur, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, which comes under the jurisdiction of this High Court.

The respondent/husband filed an application for divorce as Matrimonial Case No.2968 of 2017 in the Court of Principal Family Judge, Bangalore. The wife has filed this application for transfer of that case from the Court at Bangalore to the Court in Kandukur, Prakasam District. This amounts to request for an inter-state transfer which is not within the jurisdiction of this Court.

For the aforesaid reasons, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition fails and is accordingly, dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
