THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11848 of 2015 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 and A2 in C.C. No.708 of 2013 on the file of the court of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also sought direction to the trial court to dispose of C.C. No.708 of 2013 as early as possible.
3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The trial court is hereby directed to dispose of C.C. No.708 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
