THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9197 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard Sri Srinivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri P. Keshava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). Learned counsel appearing for the parties are in agreement that the issue raised presently already fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.28791 of 2012 and batch. A copy of the common order dated 14.09.2012 passed therein is placed on record. For reasons alike as were stated in the afore-stated order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the GHMC to receive and process the petitioner's application for building permission without inisisting on production of a TSLR Certificate or a 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue authorities. The application shall be considered favourably if it is otherwise in order and in accordance with law.
