The petitioner assails endorsement Rc.No.2686/09/G1 dated 18.08.2010. Through the impugned endorsement, the objections filed by the petitioner in the enquiry under Section 5-A have been rejected. Thereafter, the declaration under Section 6 dated 18.08.2010 was published. The petitioner assailed the rejection of objections as well as the draft declaration dated 18.08.2010.
This Court, through order dated 25.01.2011, granted interim stay of dispossession of petitioner. The same is subsisting. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have issued notice in Form 9.6 either calling for objections or willingness of petitioner to handover the subject matter of the writ petition to Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA). From the issuance of notice, it is stated, the acquisition proceedings taken upon through draft declaration dated 18.08.2010 are given a go-bye by the respondents. The petitioner intends to pursue the options pursuant to the notice issued as part of land pooling. The statement of learned counsel is placed on record.
Having regard to the subsequent development, the writ petition is closed, as no order is necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
