Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 15.02.2007 passed by the 3rd respondent. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 15.02.2007. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
