THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2868 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed challenging the docket order, dated 27.03.2017 in I.A.No.209 of 2014 in O.S.No.316 of 2014 on the file of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for postponing the hearing of I.A.No.209 of 2014 in O.S.No.316 of 2014 which was filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of CPC i.e., for grant of interim injunction during pendency of the suit.

The petitioner questioned the inaction of the trial Court for non-disposal of interlocutory applications and keeping it pending the same. The said I.A. was filed in the year 2014 for grant of interim injunction. Though three years period has been elapsed, the trial Court did not decide the application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC.

Therefore, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the trial Court is directed to decide I.A.209 of 2014 in O.S.No.316 of 2014 within one month from today. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
