No.16576 of 2014 and batch, this Criminal Petition which is filed against DVC No.25 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nalgonda, Nalgonda District, is not maintainable. 3) In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. The trial Court shall follow the directions given in the common order dated 16.02.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.P. No.16576 of 2014 and batch.

4) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
