What is impugned in this writ petition is show-cause notice issued by the Tahsildar on 11.05.2017 on the complaint filed that petitioner was digging bore-well and well nearer to the land of neighbour and called for explanation. It is only a show-cause notice and the same was issued under the A.P. Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002. It is seen that no illegalities are committed in issuance of the said show-cause notice. It is open to the petitioner to file an explanation to the said show-cause notice, if it is not filed already. Writ petition is dismissed.
