This appeal is filed by petitioners in M.V.O.P.No.251 of 2003 against order dated 21.03.2005 passed by learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, I-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad-cum-Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, for enhancement of compensation. A perusal of proceeding sheet goes to show that on 13.04.2016, this appeal stood dismissed for default against unserved respondent, who is sole respondent herein. In view of the same, as no steps were taken by appellants for service of notice on sole respondent, no relief as such can be granted in favour of appellants.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
