This Revision is filed by the petitioner/de facto complainant against the order dated 29-07-2013 in Crl.MP.No.1509 of 2013 in C.C.No.62 of 2013 passed by the VII Special Magistrate, L.B.Nagar at Hasthinapur, Ranga Reddy District.

Today even though the matter is posted under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner at 10.30 am and so also at 2.30 pm. Learned counsel for the respondents present throughout the Session.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
