This writ petition is filed challenging the endorsement dated 28-06-2016 issued by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, wherein application filed by the petitioner for grant of family membership certificate was rejected without assigning any reasons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no reasons are assigned while rejecting the application without following procedure as contemplated in GO.Ms.No.145 Revenue Department, dated 25-04-2015.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Though impugned endorsement says that there is dispute. But no details are reflected in the impugned rejection. In view of the same, impugned endorsement is set aside. The 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with GO.Ms.No.145, dated 25-04-2015.
