HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2622 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioners - defendant Nos.1 and 2, challenging the order, dated 12.04.2016, passed in I.A. No.140 of 2016 in O.S. No.110 of 2012, by the I Additional District Judge at Karimnagar, whereby the petition filed under Order VII, Rule 14 (3) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to receive thedocument, was allowed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the original suit bearing No.110 of 2012, itself was decreed without costs, on 27.12.2017 on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
