HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.No.8239 of 2023 PROCEEDING SHEET 15.09.2023 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2023 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.08.09.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8239 of 2023. Learned Counsel for petitioners/A1 to A4 submits that this Court on 08.09.2023 passed order in Crl.P.No.8239 of 2023 granting regular bail to petitioners; and that at para 6(i) of the operative portion, the name of the Court is wrongly typed as 'VI Additional Junior Civil Judgecum-Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar'

instead of 'V Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute para 6(i) of the order with the following para and issue corrected copy of the order.

"6(i). The petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of V Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar."

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.08.09.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.8239/2023 stands corrected with the above observation.
