THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1655 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioneraccused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.218 of 2012 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated 11-06-2018 of Sub Inspector of Police, Nacharam Police Station, and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 27.06.2014 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 218 of 2012, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
