HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14305 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 16.03.2017 issued by the 4th respondent vide Rc.No.B/Prajavani/26/2016, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is the wife of brother of original assignee of the subject land and she is in possession of the subject land as a legal heir and successor of the original assignee.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that impugned proceedings is only internal communication between the Tahsildar-4th respondent and District Collector-2nd respondent and no rights of the petitioner are affected. Even the impugned proceedings are not marked to the petitioner. A reading of the impugned proceedings goes to show that it is only internal communication between the authorities. In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition against the internal communication between the 4th respondent and 2nd respondent. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to make an application in respect of her grievance to the concerned authority. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
