Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation. 2.
It is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the Municipal Corporation that if the property of the petitioner is required for public purpose, the respondent authorities will follow due process of law.

The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the respondents are directed not to meddle with the property of the petitioner except in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the respondents are entitled to proceed in accordance with law. 4.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
