THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29684 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any action against the accused in crime No.123/2015 dt.20.09.2015 on the file of the Dabeerpura Police Station, Hyderabad.

The Government Pleader for Home has produced the final report filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Dabeerpura Police Station on 27.06.2016 in S.R.No.2613 of 2016 before the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad stating that the allegations made by the petitioner are false. 3.

Since the petitioner has the remedy of filing Protest Petition before the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad against the said final report, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
