THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.8234 of 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner/A2 in Crime No. 726 of 2023 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, for the offences under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

The petitioner is the wife of Accused No.1 who is seeking regular bail. The allegation against the husband of this petitioner is that her husband had committed rape on the victim girl and it is alleged that this petitioner being the wife of Accused No.1 abetted Accused No.1.

As seen from the Remand Report, major part of the investigation appears to have been complete. Since the petitioner is a woman and aged 19 years, the relief of regular bail can be granted to the petitioner/A2 on the following conditions; i. the petitioner/A2 is directed to be released on bail on her executing personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like

sum each, to the satisfaction of XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District.

ii. On such release, the petitioner/A2 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer as and when required, for the purpose of investigation.

iii. The petitioner/A2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
