ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that even though application was made on 2.6.2018 for grant of maternity leave for a period of 26 weeks, same is not granted.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that medical leave is since granted, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
