HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.M.A. No. 533 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal filed against the order dated 09.03.2018 in I.A.No. 507 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No. 53 of 2015 passed by Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri and also C.R.P. (unnumbered) which is also filed challenging the same order, with liberty to file F.C.A. along with an application for condonation of delay.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as having been withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition (unnumbered) is rejected. No order as to costs.

The Registry is directed to return the original documents in C.M.A.No. 533 of 2018 and C.R.P (unnumbered) to the learned counsel for the appellant.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
