As the petitioner temple Trust claims to have made representation dated 14.02.2016 to the police authorities concerned in the context of the Jatara proposed to be held from 22.02.2016, this Court is of the opinion that the interests of justice would be sufficiently served by directing the Circle Inspector, Madanapalli Rural Police Station, Madanapalli, Chittoor District, the fifth respondent, to consider the petitioner Trust's representation dated 14.02.2016 and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law forthwith.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
