Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring proceedings in Cr.No.A/2085/2016 dated 11.05.2016 of the respondent No.2 as illegal, arbitrary, against principles of natural justice and fair play and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action as per law against the respondent No.4 for providing forged rental agreements for renewing the excise licence No.636 dated 04.06.2012 from the year 2012 to 2015."

From perusal of the impugned order, dated 11.05.2016, passed by the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy District, which refers to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8538 of 2016 dated 16.03.2016, it is clear that after considering all the documents and on crosschecking the veracity of the documents, it was found that there exists a civil dispute between the parties, which needs to be tackled and resolved by the Police and Law Departments, but not by the Excise Department.

4. It is the case of the petitioners that R.4 produced a forged rental deed seeking extension of lease, which expired on

15.06.2016. If really the said rental agreement is forged one, it is always open to the petitioner to initiate appropriate action before the appropriate forum.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR Date:23.06.2016 INL
