HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.7612 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing disconnection notice dated 7.2.2015, as arbitrary and illegal.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties fairly conceded that the issue similar to that raised in this Writ Petition was decided by this Court in WP No.32906 of 2014, which was partly allowed by order dated 5.11.2014.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also partly allowed in terms of the order dated 5.11.2014 in W.P.No.32906 of 2014, with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
