Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to have purchased agricultural lands to an extent of Ac.0-13 guntas in Sy.No.17/AA, Ac.0-22 guntas in Sy.No.18, Ac.0-19 guntas in Sy.No.19, Ac.0-11 guntas in Sy.No.29/A and Ac.0-12 guntas in Sy.No.47/E, of Banjapally Village, Nizamsagar Mandal, Kamareddy District and was in peaceful possession of the said properties. Pursuant to the purchase made by him, he submitted an application on 14.08.2019 through TSTS Ltd., seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book. The receipt issued by the TSTS Ltd., is enclosed as Ex.P.1. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioner claimed to have submitted application for mutation in Form VI-A through online. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar, Nizamsagar Mandal, Kama Reddy District, is directed to dispose of the said application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
