ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 17.12.2014, in I.A.No.843 of 2013 in O.S.No.2002 of 2012 on the file of learned VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. After arguing the case, Mr. Damodar Mundra, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the civil revision petition. The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.1881 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim stay shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
