THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23402 OF 2014 O R D E R :
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not implementing the Memo No.MRI-I/2007, dated 09.12.2008, as illegal and arbitrary.
The prayer sought in the application seeking interim relief, is also to the same effect and this Court while issuing notice before admission granted interim order on 21.08.2014, directing the 3rd respondent to implement the said Memo and file compliance report.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions from the Tahasildar, Mancherial, wherein it is stated that the interim order dated 21.08.2014, has already been complied with.
Since the prayer sought in the main writ petition as well as interim application, is one and the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 21.08.2014. If, the VRO has not implemented the same, the same can be implemented within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
