THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.3OOO9 of 2022 ORDER:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the rejection orders passed by the respondents on 27.08.2022, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and requested to grant liberty to question the same and no further orders required in this matter, thereby, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission, permission is granted as sought for. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to question the rejection orders passed by the respondents on 27.O8.2O22. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
