HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.20065 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner-Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has challenged the order dated 4th June 2018, passed in O.A.No.1028 of 2018, by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, whereby, the petitioner was directed to conduct proficiency test to the applicant/1st respondent within Ten days, by communicating the date of examination by way of SMS to the 1st respondent's mobile number which was available with the Service Commission.

Admittedly, the proficiency test was held on 16th May 2018, but the Speed Post communication sent to the applicant/1st respondent about conducting of said test, was received on 19th May 2018 i.e. after the test.

In view of above, we find no ground to interfere with the order dated 4th June 2018, passed by the Tribunal.
