ORDER

The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent - authorities are interfering with their possession over the subject property without following the due process of law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent - Gram Panchayat, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent 4, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayt Raj appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent - HUDA, on instructions, submit that the respondents, before taking any action against the subject property of the petitioners, will follow the due process of law. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject property without following the due process of law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
