THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8301 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.4 in Crime No.1057 of 2023 on the file of Meerpet Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case of the Meerpet Police is that accused Nos.1 and 2 had stabbed a person for the reason of not giving the beer which was in possession of the friends of the deceased. This Court had granted regular bail to accused Nos.3, 5 and 6 and anticipatory bail to accused Nos.7 and 8 for the reason of there being no overt acts attributed to the accused Nos.3,5 to 8 and it was accused Nos.1 and 2 who stabbed the

deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2023. The major part of investigation is completed. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner subject to following conditions: i) The petitioner/Accused No.4 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

ii) The petitioner/Accused No.4 after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer every Monday and Wednesday for a period of eight weeks at 10.00 AM or until the charge sheet is filed, whichever is earlier.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
