M. Vasudeva Rao v. State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.21351 of 2018 ORDER:
The only grievance of the petitioner, in this writ petition, is non-registration of a crime pursuant to the complaint, dated 10.03.2018, lodged with the 2nd respondent Police Officer, on 12.03.2018.
2.
I have heard the submissions of Sri Ch.Lakshmi Narayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. I have perused the material record. 3.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 14.06.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that a case in Crime No.414 of 2018 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, on 13.06.2018, and an FIR was issued and investigation is taken up into the said crime. A copy of FIR in the afore-stated crime is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication and, hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
