Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Authority. 2.
The present Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners, seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the notice dated 23.09.2013 in Rc.No.11693/07/I-1/ANN-1/2 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently set aside the same.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the notice in Rc.No.11693/07/I-1/ANN-1/2 dated 23.09.2013, issued for cancellation of the illegal, irregular and improper allotment made vide Proceedings dated 15.03.2010, the petitioners have submitted explanations and after considering the same the 2nd respondent Authority have already passed the final orders in Rc.No. 11693/2007/I-I/AMN-2 dated 05.07.2014. However, the present Writ Petition is filed in the year 2016, as if, no final orders are passed. That being so, no further cause would survive in the present Writ Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final orders passed in Rc.No. 11693/2007/II/AMN-2 dated 05.07.2014, if so aggrieved. 5.
