This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the orders dated 16.11.2016 passed in E.P.No.77 of 2016 in O.S.No.732 of 2008 on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nellore District.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the executing Court disposed of E.P.No.77 of 2016 on 03.01.2017. In view of the disposal of E.P.No.77 of 2016, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
