When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Ms. D. Haritha representing Smt. R. Annapurna, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the cause in the contempt case does not survive as the lease period is already expired. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
