CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.12126 of 2008 Dt:12.9.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Certiorari to quash award, dated 28.9.2007, in Permanent Lok Adalat Case No.3 of 2007 on the file of respondent No.1-Lok Adalat. At the hearing, Mr. Jakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana Northern Power Distribution Company Limited, appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that his clients are not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
