THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6411 OF 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused in Crime No.784 of on the file of Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 376(2)(n)(f) and 493 of Indian Penal Code and Section 5(1) read with Section 6(1), 6(2) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case against this petitioner is that on 16.06.2022 he had taken the victim along with him to Srisailam. Before going along with the petitioner the victim girl took an amount of Rs.11,000/- from her house and wrote a letter that she is vexed with life and going to die, however she went along with this petitioner to Srisailam. On the next day morning i.e. on 17.06.2022 when the
police arrive, the petitioner fled away from the room and later he was brought to the police station, there he was arrested. 4.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim was recorded and the investigation is almost complete.

As seen from the events that are transpired the victim had gone along with this petitioner by taking an amount of Rs.11,000/- from her house. In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of regular bail to this petitioner. 6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused is granted bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioner/Accused shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar.
ii) The petitioner/Accused shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 AM and 01.00 PM for a period of three (03) months and thereafter as and when required.
iii) The petitioner/Accused shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
