THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1407 OF 2022 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 08.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P. No.32709 of 2021. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has stated that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 08.12.2021, the Tahsildar has issued the Pattadar Passbook to the petitioner.

However, the party in person has stated that even though the Pattadar Passbook has been issued to the petitioner, the authorities concerned have not shown the physical boundaries of the land. 4.

Having regard to the above made submissions, this contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies that are available. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
