Heard Mr.P.Sasidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for parties.

The petitioners challenge the order, dated 26.05.2018 in notice No.G1/273/2018 passed under Section 41-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (for short 'the Act'). The order impugned in the writ petition can be challenged by filing appeal under Section 41-A (3) of the Act. The petitioners prefer to file an appeal before the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority under the same Act.

Opportunity, as prayed for is granted. The petitioners, if files an appeal within 2 weeks from today, the order, dated 26.05.2018 is stayed during the pendency of the appeal. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
