HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Though in the Writ Petition the prayer sought is, inaction of the respondents in issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of land to an extent of Ac.11.36 guntas and Ac.3.32 guntas in Sy.Nos.655 and 654/AA, respectively, situated within the revenue limits of Munugode village and mandal, Nalgonda district, but it is seen from the material on record, petitioner applied for mutation of his name in the revenue records and mutation proceedings are yet to be finalized. The application for mutation was made on 19.08.2019. The said application was only for mutation of his name in the revenue records and unless mutation exercise is carried out, pattadar pass book and title deed cannot be issued. Since application is already filed, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar (4th respondent) to consider the application for mutation made by the petitioner on 19.08.2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
