HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.M.P.Nos.8716 & 8717 of 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.8182 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :

The de facto complainant-2nd respondent, petitioners 1 and 2/accused Nos.1 and 2 including to represent petitioner No.3/accused No.3 through his General Power of Attorney Holder-petitioner No.1/accused No.1 of C.C.No.138 of 2017 on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, which is out come of Crime No.97 of 2015 of Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Warangal Urban District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1981, are present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court through elders by purchase of peace.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, Crl.P.M.P.No.8716 of 2017 filed for compromise the case and Crl.P.M.P.No.8717 of 2017 filed for compounding the offences are allowed and the offences supra are compounded and accused Nos.1 to 3 are acquitted and their bail bonds, if any, shall stand cancelled. 3.

Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.No.8182 of 2017 is allowed.
