It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous for the reason that the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Court below has already filed a similar application. Taking the said submission into consideration, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
